Barbwire's Story in a brief summary ~ it's to long to write it with all the details on here.

*Born June 2007    *Painted Lady's last foal    *Was only a lil over a month old when PL died

*days before PL died, he got hung in a "barbwire" fence   *He wouldn't open his left eye

*His RH hoof was just hanging on     *a few days after PL died, he lost his RH hoof

*then he went blind in his left eye     *his dad(Millenium) adopted him after PL died

*he lost lots of weight    *Nov 07- got snake bite on his neck

*snake bite rotted the muscle in his neck & it took a few weeks to heel back

*End Nov 07- he's healed from the snake bite and doing okay so far

~This baby has been through it all, and takes all of it in like a man and is just a total fighter. Painted Lady really blessed us by leaving us with this wonderful baby. Everyone who see's him and hears his story is just so amazed by him. He is an inspiration to everyone! He has had so many "downs" in his 5 months and still has the "Heart" to keep going. Many of the things that he has been through, any other horse or even human probably would have gave up. But just pass his story on and remember ..."someone will always be there for you!"...
