Quality Bloodlines & Good Traits

Here at Lucky Q Ranch, we strive for quality bloodlines & good traits.

We have several good bred AQHA & APHA mares, but we also have several un-registered mares with lots of AQHA influence in their bloodlines. We also have some that have an unknown background, but have excellent traits and/or are show winners. You don’t have to have papers to win. “Have you ever seen anyone win a barrel race riding on a set of papers?”

We have 5 AQHA mares, 1 APHA mare, 1 QH mare, 1 QH mare, 2 ½QH mares, 1 ¼QH mare, & 4 Pintos. My mom also has a few Shetland mares.

We are looking for quality broodmares or foals for new additions. Don’t forget, we raise un-registered horses & ponies too, so if they have any nice qualities, please email us about them!

Leased Pony Stallion

We had the wonderful opportunity to lease this stallion for the 2006 breeding season. We bred him to 8 pony mares. They will start foaling in March, so check back for more information and pictures of these upcoming foals!

"My Cheoctah"- 6 year old Sorrel/Sabino stallion. Three high stockings & one sock. Large bald face & blue eyes. Stands about 12hh. Great disposition!
